The Weekend Dish: 1/14/2017
Hello and happy Saturday to you!
Today we are celebrating Joseph’s 2nd birthday! (His actual birthday isn’t until Thursday, but his party is today.) I can’t believe what a little man he has become and am so excited for him to see all of his Sesame Street and Elmo decorations! I’ll be sharing pictures on Instagram and I’ll post a full recap next week. What do you have going on this weekend?
As always, you’ll find a recap of what was posted to the site this week, the most shared recipes, my Sunday dinner menu, and recipes I’ve bookmarked from other blogs. Enjoy!
On Brown Eyed Baker This Week
Cheesy Chicken with Mushrooms – This easy recipe for chicken with mushrooms starts with breaded and pan-fried chicken cutlets that are set on top of sliced mushrooms, then covered with more mushrooms and mozzarella cheese, and baked until golden brown.
Chocolate Frosted Brownies – These chocolate frosted brownies start with fudge brownies and are topped with a luscious chocolate buttercream frosting (with a secret ingredient!).
Friday Things – Allergy update, birthdays, nail polish, beef, and more!
