What I Bookmarked This Week
This week, I saw someone make Ina’s vodka sauce on Instagram stories and now it’s on my list (I can’t believe I’ve never made it, actually!); her weeknight bolognese is delicious!
Chicken cordon bleu quesadillas sound amazing.
I’m sure I could take out at least a few of these sweet cheese buns in one sitting!
Sounds like a hearty, cozy meal >> Bolognese Stuffed Peppers
Love a super quick meal! >> 12 Minute Thai Chicken Peanut Noodles
Have a delicious weekend!
Love the afghan. I also crocheted one for our daughter and son. It took me 2 hours to crochet a row. Your children are cuties and growing up fast. Love your recipes and hearing/seeing pics of your sweet family, stay healthy!
I made Ina’s Vodka sauce this week. It is outstanding.Â
Ina’s vodka sauce is our favorite – we’ve been making it since we saw her make it on Food Network before it even made it to her cookbook.
I’ve also slightly adapted it over the years 1) I don’t reduce the vodka as much as she does 2) I don’t bother to puree – we like the little chunks in it 3) based on comments we don’t add the fresh oregano and we are happy with the results.
We have a friend from Ireland who insists I have to make it whenever we see him – not often enough right nowÂ
