I adore this dish since it is delicious and has a distinct sauce. With the recipe you provided, I will attempt to prepare this dish for my family. Play quordle game.
I live just outside of Boston so the prediction is for up to 2 feet of snow but so far, the coast seems to be getting the worst of it. I think the term”bombogenesis” was used. As long as the power stays on I plan some serious baking…cookies for the guys that come to plow/shovel, a batch of overnight cinnamon rolls to bake in the morning to share with my wonderful neighbors and finally, an experiment to try to replicate the lemon/raspberry bundtinis available at NothingButBundts.com  MY SIL loves those little cakes and gave me a NordicWare mini bundt pan for Christmas as a not so subtle hint! The pan makes bigger cakes than the tiny bundtinis but I am more interested in trying to get the flavors right. I am thinking I might use the pan to make little chocolate versions…with ganache and sprinkles…to gift to assorted neighbors on Valentines day.
Have a great weekend with your three littles and of course, the furry babies too.
