The Weekend Dish: 3/3/2018
Hello hello!
We’ve made it to Saturday! How was your week? After thinking most of us were over the never-ending cold and sinus infections, my husband got sick again this week and then had a bad reaction to the medicine he was on. It is unbelievable that the four of us have all been sick at one time or another for the entire month of February. Ugh. I’m happy to see it go!
We’re up in the air for Sunday dinner so the menu is TBD… what are you all up to today and tomorrow?! Something fun, I hope!
As always, you’ll find a recap of what was posted to the site this week, the most shared recipes, my Sunday dinner menu, and recipes I’ve bookmarked from other blogs. Enjoy!

Hi Lori, I hope you enjoy your time in Pittsburgh!!
Thanks for the Easter Bread Recipe. My mother used to do very similar to this!
I love that shoestring fries idea! Thank you for sharing these links!
Sorry you’ve all been so sick, my family has had our share of the crud lately, too. My plans for this weekend- we are headed to Pittsburgh!  My high school daughter has soccer games in the area this weekend and next, so the whole family came this weekend to explore the city and next weekend it will just be mom/daughter weekend in the city (from central Ohio).  I really enjoy your blog, thanks for all the great recipes!

Thank you and stay safe in this noreaster!!
Hi Jo-Ann, I don’t, but I’m totally intrigued! My dad used to love Grapenut cereal (he’d even sprinkle it on vanilla ice cream!)… I’ll have to do some research.
