The Weekend Dish: 7/8/2017
Hello hello!
Today is Saturday, right? Having a holiday on Tuesday has completely thrown me for a loop this week; I’ve had no idea what day it is all week. Did you have a fabulous 4th of July holiday? We spent time at my mom’s with my in-laws; Joseph had a great time playing, and Dominic napped for almost the entire afternoon. Everyone was asleep before fireworks went off, so we had a pretty low-key day. I hope you have a fantastic weekend and can enjoy some nice weather and downtime!
As always, you’ll find a recap of what was posted to the site this week, the most shared recipes, my Sunday dinner menu, and recipes I’ve bookmarked from other blogs. Enjoy!

I could eat this for lunch every single day (don’t judge) >> Soft Beer Pretzels with Beer Cheese Dip
Summer personified >> Key Lime Cheesecake
Banana Bundt Cake! I’m in a Bundt-y mood, apparently.
Taking this to my next picnic >> Crunchy Asian Ramen Noodle Salad
Have a delicious weekend!
The pretzels look soooo good! And now I have a new blog to peruse! Seems like a really good one with lots of fresh new recipes!
Speaking of your “bundt-y” mood, have you seen the new chain bakery that recently opened in Upper St. Clair? It’s called Nothing Bundt Cakes (http://www.nothingbundtcakes.com/). I can’t believe I didn’t think of a bakery like this sooner.
Oooh I had not heard of it, how fun!
The new Facebook page is fun and full of good ideas. I will have to replicate the amazing pie pictures that were posted. Friday things and Weekend Dish are read before I prepare breakfast. I’m sure you’re incredibly busy, but hope you consider publishing a cookbook. Your recipes are very good.Â
💕  the adorable pictures of the boys and Duke! Â
Have a wonderful weekend.

Hi Sherre, I’m so glad you’re enjoying it! I love all of the interaction in the group on Facebook!
I now want to make those beer pretzels with beer cheese – I’m originally from WI, so that recipe is so up my alley. Thanks for a good Saturday morning!
