Happy happy weekend to you!

To all of you in Florida, I hope that you’ve evacuated safely by now; you and your families and your homes will be in my thoughts and prayers as the state braces for Hurricane Irma. I hope you all are spared any significant damage; we have several family and friends there who have stayed, so we’re keeping a close eye on the storm.

Whether you’re prepping for a hurricane or are somewhere in another part of the country or world, are you doing any baking this weekend? Fill me in on your week and your plans for the next couple of days!

As always, you’ll find a recap of what was posted to the site this week, the most shared recipes, my Sunday dinner menu, and recipes I’ve bookmarked from other blogs. Enjoy!

I’m not sure if I’ve mentioned this recipe for steak fajitas before, but I’ve made them a few times now (they were dinner last night!) and they ALWAYS get rave reviews. Definitely a favorite recipe of ours (and it’s crazy easy!).

Totally snatching up some peaches on sale and making this peach crisp before the season is officially over.

These caramel crunch bars are the perfect combination of salty and sweet!

Snickers. Caramel. Tart. ::mic drop::

Oh, I could eat SO MUCH of this restaurant-style olive oil and herb bread dip.

Have a delicious weekend!
