New Email Series: 5 Secrets for Making Award-Winning Bread at Home
(pictured above: Italian bread)
I’m super excited to announce a new (free!) email series that I just launched called 5 Secrets for Making Award-Winning Bread at Home. You may have seen a new notification about it when you visited my site and I wanted to take a moment to tell you all about it.
So, What’s This About?
Right now, people are baking bread more than ever before and folks are diving in head-first without a lot of previous bread-baking experience.
My core mission for this site has always been to instill confidence in home cooks and home bakers so that you can strut into the kitchen knowing that you’re capable of creating whatever delicious project you feel like tackling.
Bread can be intimidating for beginners and I wanted to make it as approachable as possible, so I gathered together the tips and tricks that I know are most important for rock-star bread-baking and put them together in a mini email series.

Do you have any no salt recipes or very very low sodium ones? My husband must be salt restricted and I am looking for no sodium recipes full of taste and delicious. Many people must eat sodium restricted due to health conditions. Thank you for hints and recipes in those categories. His daily limit is around 1,800 mg.
Hi Carol, I don’t have any recipes that are formulated specifically to be low salt or low sodium, but feel free to adjust salt amounts based on your individual needs.
you put your cinnamon buns on a cookie sheet, I have always put them in a 9 X 13 pan, I’ll have to try that.
Don’t they spread out too much?
Love to bake (and eat!) bread-looking forward to new recipes! TY.
If I am already signed up to receive emails from Brown Eyed Baker will I automatically be included in this 5 email thread or so I need to resign?
Thank you and I love following you and your recipes.
Shelly 😊
Hi Shelly, This is a separate email series, so nobody will be automatically signed up – you can use the form above to sign up for the bread baking email series :)
I am looking forward to this, I do find bread making
To be intimidating unless I am using my bread
machine. Thank you
