It’s that time of year again! Somehow we’ve turned the corner and have stumbled upon October, which means that Christmas is basically tomorrow.
Before we get all wrapped up in the holidays, let’s take a moment to enjoy these crisp fall days with cool air and warm sun, which always puts a little pep in my step. Apple and pumpkin dominate baking this time of year, and I wanted to share with you my best of the best – the pumpkin recipes that I crave and turn to year after year.

2. Pumpkin Pie
I am admittedly not a big pumpkin pie person, except for THIS pie. I routinely passed on pumpkin pie each Thanksgiving until discovering this recipe; the consistency is velvety smooth and it has a great array of flavors without any overpowering spices. It’s the only pumpkin pie recipe I make now!
This is a classic! Super moist and warmly spiced, and of course topped with a cream cheese frosting; perfect for any of your fall parties or holidays.
I could eat these pumpkin muffins every single day, seriously.
