Friday Things #402
Happy New Year friends!
It feels like it’s been forever since we’ve hung out together on a Friday, doesn’t it? I hope that you had a wonderful, healthy, and relaxing holiday season and that the new year is treating you well so far.
The kids had so much fun and we thoroughly enjoyed having the most beautiful white Christmas.
We spent much of the break playing games, coloring, and enjoying lazy days. We’re back at the daily routine this week, but I thought I would spend this Friday sharing some of my favorite photos from the holidays with you!
We put on pajamas after dinner and drove around looking at Christmas lights 🌟
We baked (and decorated) multiple batches of cut-out sugar cookies! 😋
We enjoyed multiple snowfalls ❄️
We took chilly walks and saw forest friends multiple times 😍
We basked in the glow of the Christmas tree from mid-November until a couple of days ago 🎄
Santa came! 🎅
I assembled a grocery store 🤩
Isabelle fell in love with her babies 👶
The boys played endlessly with their slot cars 🏎
We played in empty boxes 📦
Joseph has been wanting to teach Dominic math 🔢
And we’ve enjoyed cozy days and nights near the fireplace every single day 🔥
I’ll see you back here next Friday with a regular Friday things! ❤️️

I am so enjoying watching your children grow–they are beautiful! I think you are about the age of our oldest daughter and your children are all around our grand’s ages. We have three children–so much fun- and our six grandchildren range from 4 months to eight years. This makes it extra fun to see all your posts and pictures not to mention the yummy recipes! Very best wishes for a happy and healthy 2021 to you and your family!

It looks like everyone had an amazing Christmas! I bought that grocery store for my 3 grandkids two Christmas’s ago and its a huge favorite. Your children are always so adorable and you are making wonderful memories. Happy New Year and I wish you and your family lots of blessings and good health for 2021!!
Your children are all so adorable.
I have used so many of your recipes and loved them all. I have told many friends onto your website.
I LOVE THE FRIDAY POST.
Your kids are growing so fast. Your Christmas reminds me of ours when we were growing up. Mom used to let us help make cookies too. Those are great memories and your kids will hopefully pass that down to their children. It is so refreshing to see parents that don’t let their children just sit in front of a computer all day long or use them as babysitters. Good on you. Hope you all have a wonderful year.
Christmas is Jesus but it’s also family. Seeing your beautiful family, the wonderful setting you get to live in and all the fun holiday activities makes my heart so happy. God bless you Michelle and may 2021 be full of Him, and may everything you put your hand to this year prosper. Thanks for sharing with your BEB fans.

I love your innovative recipes but your Friday’s are my favorites. Your sweet children are so delightful. We have ten grandchildren but they could not open the stockings this year.
Your photos always remind me of all the fun we had when our children were so young. Busy, but such fun times. Thanks for sharing.

We did too: lot’s of baking and watching cooking show with my kids! And of course, playing with new favorite toys: a set of mini soldiers and a device that tells stories for my younger son, and a keyboard for my older one.
