I made your delicious orange cookies yesterday…. And I got to wondering if I could make lemon cookies with the same recipe substituting lemon zest and lemon juice for the orange zest and orange juice. I tried it. Very lemony – tart and yummy! You just can’t beat the zing that citrus brings!
I tried this pumpkin and chocolate striped bread from Hungry Enough to Eat Six. A great recipe for the upcoming Superbowl and Year of the Tiger. Very moist and not too sweet plus it’s a nice size loaf.
