The Weekend Dish: 1/18/2025
Hello and happy middle of January!
I hope you had a fabulous week and get to do something you enjoy this weekend! We have a birthday in our house (Joseph is turning 10!) and the kids are off on Monday, so looking forward to a relaxing long weekend. Have a great one!

Most Popular Product Shares This Week:
1. Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce - An ingredient that packs tons of flavor into the reader-favorite copycat Chipotle chicken recipe.
2. Large Silicone Dough Mat - I LOVE having a big dedicated silicone mat just for rolling out dough and the one I have has the measurement markings both along the edges and in circles in the middle, perfect for pies, cut-out sugar cookies, pizza dough, and any pastry dough. Can't recommend this enough! (Currently over 50% off)
3. Wilton 101-Piece Cookie Cutter Set - I've had this set for nearly 20 years, and they have held up wonderfully! There are letters, numbers, and tons of different holiday and activity-themed cutters. A must-have if you love making cut-out sugar cookies!
4. One Line a Day Notebook – I love this little journal for recording little highlights each day to look back on over the years.
5. Key Lime Juice - This bottled key lime juice is perfect for homemade key lime pie when you can't get your hands on fresh key limes.
7. Ancho Chile Powder - Another ingredient that packs tons of flavor into the reader-favorite copycat Chipotle chicken recipe.
8. USA Pan Loaf Pan – A kitchen staple! Perfect for making your favorite bread recipes.
9. The Friend Zone - The first of another (older) Abby Jimenez trilogy; I read this right before Christmas and loved it! (I’m currently reading the next one, The Happy Ever After Playlist, and loving that one, too.)

What I Bookmarked This Week
Only one of my three kids likes chili, but I think trying this chili cornbread casserole could sway them.
What to give this homemade hamburger helper a spin… other versions I’ve made have been tomato-based, this looks different (and delicious!).
I feel like most pot roast I’ve eaten has been dry and/or tough, but I’m determined to love it! Can’t wait to give this classic pot roast recipe a try.
I’m not a big breakfast eater, but this cinnamon crumb breakfast bread is 100% my type of morning “meal”.
Isabelle and I both got on a caesar salad kick on vacation last summer after seeing these chicken caesar wraps, I’m absolutely making them for lunch this week.
Have a delicious weekend!
