Happy long weekend to all of you in the U.S.!

We are galloping toward the school finish line (single digits left!); we have one child who is so sad that school is about to be over, and two others who are looking forward to the break from homework and tests but kind of also don’t want it to be over. We’ll be sure to see friends over summer break!

In the meantime, it’s a cold and rainy unofficial kick-off to summer here; I hope you have a safe and delicious few days!

1. Large Square Glass Jar - This is the jar I love using for batches of refrigerator bread and butter pickles. Perfect for stashing them in the fridge!

2. Every Day with Babs - I got this cookbook when it came out last month and I ended up bookmarking nearly the entire book. The recipes are very inline with our family's tastes and I could see my kids enjoying nearly all of them! I made her homemade sheet pan crunch wraps a few weeks ago and they were wonderful!

3. DreamSky Alarm Clock - This is the clock all of our kids have in their rooms (and they brought them on vacation!); the time sets automatically, adjusts for DST, you can adjust the brightness, it shows the day, date, temperature, etc. and the alarm function is easy to set - Dominic figured it out himself and loves to set an alarm for himself on school mornings now.

4. Ninja Swirl - We love soft serve at our house, and while this would be sooooo fun, there's just something about getting it from the window of the local soft serve stand, right?!

5. Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce - An ingredient that packs tons of flavor into the reader-favorite copycat Chipotle chicken recipe.

6. Ancho Chile Powder - Another ingredient that packs tons of flavor into the reader-favorite copycat Chipotle chicken recipe.

7. Key Lime Juice - This bottled key lime juice is perfect for homemade key lime pie when you can't get your hands on fresh key limes.

8. Angel Food Cake Pan – I have had this pan for nearly 10 years and love it; a must-have for making homemade angel food cake!
