I will also be back to this page for the summer as well…there are a lot of great ideas here!

My absolute favorite summer recipe for dinner is shrimp tacos. I mash an avocado with the juice and zest of a lime and some chopped cilantro on a soft tortilla, some grilled shrimp and pico de gallo. Serve with a black bean salad and a cold beer. Start to finish, the meal takes 15 minutes to cook, and if absolutely perfect for a Friday night!

The only thing I would add to your list is Cheese Stuffed Burgers and Ginger-Mint Lemonade. I can’t wait to try that Vanilla Malted Milkshake and some of the other recipes. Everything looks so good.
