Hello and happy Saturday to you!

I hope that your year is off to a wonderful start and that you haven’t been too negatively impacted by harsh weather yet. The last couple of winters have seemed quite mild here, so I wouldn’t mind a good snowfall or two this year!

Wishing you the most relaxing weekend!

On Brown Eyed Baker This Week

Crispy Baked Chicken Wings – You’ll never believe these baked chicken wings were made in the oven! Super easy, crispy skin, meat that falls off the bone, and covered in a sensational dry rub. Add sauce if you’d like and serve them up at your next game-day party.

What I Bookmarked This Week

Cannot wait to try this red leaf lettuce and pear salad (it has candied pecans, gouda, dates, oh my!).

Have you made baked crunchy hot honey chicken? On my list to try in the next week or two!

And going to try the marinade for these juicy oven-baked chicken breasts.

We always add chow mein to our Chinese takeout orders; can’t wait to make it at home.

On a similar note, I bet this crab rangoon dip is sensational!

Have a delicious weekend!
