Happy first official Saturday of summer!

What I Bookmarked This Week

I can’t wait to try a batch of this yummy chicken salad – love using Greek yogurt in the dressing!

Also loving these BBQ chicken rice bowls, a great summer meal.

Another BBQ recipe… I don’t make a lot of seafood at home, but I feel like everyone might like these BBQ salmon bowls with mango avocado salsa.

Might try these bang bang chicken skewers in the oven and see how they turn out!
