The Weekend Dish: 8/23/2025
Hello and a happy Saturday to you!
It’s our last weekend before school starts and fall sports kick into gear – cross country, softball, baseball, hockey, oh my! I hope that you have a fabulous weekend in store!

Most Popular Product Shares This Week:
1. The Paradise Problem – I finished this last week, and while I thought the initial premise was really far-fetched (I mean, it IS), I also enjoyed it. (Fair warning that there are a couple of spicy scenes.) I’d give it 4 stars.
2. Large Square Jar – My go-to jar for stashing a batch of refrigerator bread and butter pickles.
3. Weekly Planner Notepad – I bought this last November because, even though we have and use a Google calendar, apparently, if I don’t look at it, I forget what’s going on. This has been SO helpful, I fill it out each week and put it on the fridge. It’s also been great because the kids have always routinely asked “what do we have tomorrow?” or “is there anything going on after school today”? Now it’s all right there, and they look at it every day and know who has a practice or after-school activity, doctor’s appointment, or anything else. I LOVE this!
4. 28-Piece Birthday Candles Set – After being stuck a couple of times in recent months without two of the same number candle for when we celebrated birthdays at our house, I grabbed this set so I’ll always have what we need!
5. Ello Oasis Tumbler with Retractable Straw – This blew my mind when I saw Angelina share it in her stories – when you turn the lid dial on top, the straw drops down and the little dial covers it.
6. Rubbermaid Brilliance Glass Food Storage Containers – I replaced most of our plastic tupperware with these glass containers a few years ago and I love them so, so much.
7. Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer Pro – We’ve had a version of this since before we had kids, and it is by far my favorite small kitchen appliance. We use it every day, multiple times a day; I can’t recommend it enough.
