The Weekend Dish: 1/4/2025
Happy first Saturday of 2025!
It’s a new year, a new month, and we’re on the tail end of the kids’ Christmas break :( I want to keep having slow days hanging out with everyone at home, but alas we’re on the brink of re-entry. I hope you have a wonderful weekend soaking up whatever brings you joy!

The air fryer chicken is great – I made it for the first time last week and we loved it. I used chicken tenders and it was much more crispy than other recipes I’ve tried. I’m still learning how to use my air fryer. So far I love my ninja. I would recommend if you’re cooking for a family look for a double not single.
Happy New Year! I definitely recommend that air fryer chicken recipe. I’ve made it several times. Now I just keep the seasoning mix in a jar. It’s easy and very tasty.
